01 · Mission

Proximity, privilege, and fluencyshouldn’t decide who gets in.

The most promising medicine often lives in trials years before the pharmacy. Whether you can reach it shouldn’t depend on where you live or how fluently you read a consent form.

ClinicalMatchMate began with a frustrating reality: thousands of recruiting trials exist, but nearly every one is written for clinicians. For the people who need them most, reading them feels like untangling a knot with no loose end.

So the people who could benefit never see the opportunity — not because the science isn’t there, but because the language, the distance, and the fine print quietly filter them out first.

Our job isn’t to convince you to join a trial. It’s to help you understand your options clearly enough that you can decide for yourself.

We rewrite eligibility criteria into everyday sentences, surface trials by condition and location, and hand you a short list of questions to bring to your care team. We help the conversation — we don’t replace it.
